We are a Norfolk based family run mushroom farm. We grow and source beautiful Oyster mushrooms, Shiitake, Pioppino and Lions Mane, Maitake, Reishi, Truffles and many more. We also source wild mushrooms. We love creating our range of Mushroom Risotto and Mushroom Coffee and mushroom snacks and functional mushroom seasonings that you can find in our online shop. We strive to grow, source and blend the very best to offer you the finest mushroom products.

My Mushroomery grow kits are available in Pink Oyster mushroom, Grey Oyster Mushroom & Lion’s Mane Mushroom.

Golden Oyster Mushroom
Golden Oyster mushrooms are a delicate mushroom with a mild nutty flavour. Popular in stir fries, sautéed with butter until cris, or simmered into sauces.

Blue Oyster Mushroom
Blue Öyster Cult mushrooms. Have a mild savoury flavour, well suited for cooked preparations, such as braising, sautéing, roasting, frying, grilling, and stir frying.

Pink Oyster Mushroom
Pink oyster mushrooms with its vibrant pink gills, taste like bacon or ham flavour, intensifies when cooked, makes a wonderful meat substitute in many dishes

Shiitake Mushroom
Shiitake mushrooms, have a strong, earthy flavour, and are packed with umami, when cooked, they have a wonderful, meaty texture, a great substitute for meat in any dish.

Lions Mane Mushroom
Lions mane mushrooms after a mildly, sweet flavour and attend a texture that mimics shellfish like scallops, crab or lobster. For that reason, they are often turned to as an accompaniment or alternative to seafood.

Grey Oyster Mushroom
Great oyster mushrooms are often described as having a delicate subtle flavour. The texture is velvety and dense, make them one the most popular mushrooms in the world.
